1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PulseGG ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Marketplace Services

PulseGG provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers of digital goods including gaming accounts, gift cards, subscriptions, and related products. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to sales between users unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the products they list.

4. Payments & Escrow

Buyer funds may be held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Platform fees apply to completed transactions as disclosed at checkout and in seller settings. Chargebacks and fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not list stolen accounts, malware, or items that violate third-party terms of service. Spam, harassment, and manipulation of reviews or ratings are prohibited.

6. Disputes

Buyers may open disputes for orders that are not as described. PulseGG will mediate disputes in good faith. Our decision in escrow release is final for platform purposes. See our Refund & Buyer Protection Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

PulseGG is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Platform or transactions between users, except where required by law.
